The apartment opens directly onto the welcoming living area with an harmonious colour scheme and cleverly chosen furnishings, to enhance the environment and create enjoyable and functional spaces.

The open kitchen in dark wood stands out against the yellow background with blue detailing, which recalls an elegant country style. It is equipped to allow you to cook all your favourite dishes and has a large table with comfortable chairs.

In the same environment is a relaxation area with a large and comfortable sofa bed (convertible to double bed) facing the kitchen. A TV and the external balcony allow you moments of pleasant conviviality.

The balcony surrounding the apartment is a hospitable space. Furnished with a table and two chairs, it allows you to enjoy the open air and is suitable for both breakfast and an intimate dinner. Perfect for relaxing while reading a book and sipping a glass of wine or a cool drink.

Beyond the living area is a bright hallway, which gives access to the bathroom and master bedroom and overlooks the main street of the historic centre a few meters away.

The large master bedroom is sunlit and decorated with refined elegance. A four-poster double bed, with fine ecru linen curtains and white bed linen, dominates the room. At the foot of the bed is a comfortable wooden chest for storage and on one corner of the room is a relaxing armchair (which can be converted into a single bed), a beautiful lamp and a small table for books or drinks. A practical desk faces the double glass doors, which open onto the balcony.

The bathroom is fresh and comfortable with a walk-in shower, sanitary ware and washing machine.
